Tutorial: How to Submit a Support Ticket (Request)

In this tutorial, you will learn how to submit an IT related support ticket.  Support tickets can be submitted to answer questions or to resolve an issue.

This guide to submit a ticket works for all sub-departments within IT such as Help Desk, Website, and Personify Database.  To track your all of your past or present tickets, you may sign in on the support site by clicking on the sign in hyperlink in the top right corner.  If you do not have an account, you may create a new account by clicking on the sign up hyperlink.

Once a ticket has been created, you will receive an email confirming that the ticket has been placed.
